Felice Friedson

is The Media Line's (TML) co-founder and its current President and CEO. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Felice is Executive Producer for TML's radio, television and film productions. Ms. Friedson holds a degree in broadcast communications along with extensive credits in radio and television production. She has worked in many aspects of the broadcast industry, and has created a number of long-running radio programs in a variety of specialties. Ms. Friedson is often asked to participate in forums dealing with women in communications and on topics relating to international news coverage, particularly the Middle East. She is co-host of TML's daily and weekend syndicated radio programs, and frequently appears as a guest commentator on American and European radio and television. In 2005, Ms. Friedson created the concept for what became The Mideast Press Club, an initiative of TML that has achieved great success in bringing Israeli and Palestinian journalists together on a professional basis, fostering cooperation through common goals.



Michael Friedson is TML’s co-founder and current Executive Editor and Director of Media Services. Mr. Friedson has two decades of on-air broadcast experience and has worked professionally in numerous areas of the broadcast medium. He co-anchors TML’s daily and weekly radio programs, and is a regular Middle East contributor to the BBC, USA Radio Network, Salem Radio Network, and local ABC and CBS stations. Mr. Friedson is involved in ongoing research on bias and balance in reporting from areas of conflict. He is often seen as a participant in media round-tables and seminars on such topics as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the domestic impact of Middle East events and policies. In addition, Mr. Friedson has lectured on elements of radio production to Palestinian communications graduates.



Arieh O'Sullivan

Arieh O’Sullivan, an award-winning defense journalist with more than two decades of experience covering the Middle East serves as The Media Line’s Mideast Bureau Chief.
 
In this position, he maintains close ties with American, Israeli, Arab and European government officials; security and business leaders;  reporting from the region.
 
As military correspondent, Arieh enjoyed an inside view of the security establishment and defense industries. He is often sought after by the foreign media and organizations to give a behind the scenes briefings concerning the region’s security intricacies and peculiarities.  He has covered conflicts across the globe, including Kosovo, Palestinian territories, Northern Ireland, Lebanon, Turkey and more. He is also often a guest commentator on a variety of world radio and television news programs.
 
O'Sullivan formerly served as Jerusalem correspondent for The Associated Press, covering the peace processes, 1991 Gulf War, Palestinian unrest, the Rabin assassination, and immigration from Ethiopia as well as the civil war in Rwanda.
 
O'Sullivan was a Knight Journalism fellow at Stanford University from 2002-2003. He has a BA in mass communications from the University of Minnesota.
 



David Rosenberg

David Rosenberg, Senior Business Correspondent

David Rosenberg has reported from Israel on business, economics and politics for more than two decades. He was Israel bureau chief for Bloomberg News and business editor of The Jerusalem Post, and earlier worked as a correspondent for Reuters and Dow Jones. His opinion pieces have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Jerusalem Report among others. He is regular contributor to The Jerusalem Post opinion page.
 
David is the author of the book Cloning Silicon Valley: Inside the World's High Tech Hotspots (Pearson/Prentice Hall, 2001), a survey of six emerging high technology centers around the world and the factors that go into building the culture of innovation and entrepreneurialism. He contributed a chapter on the Israeli economyfor Israel: An Introduction, edited by Barry Rubin (Yale University Press, forthcoming 2011). His next book, Israel: The Knowledge Economy and Its Costs will be published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2011.



David Saad (Senior Film Editor, Video Specialist). Mr. Saad (‘Dudi’) is a talented and experienced artist who oversees TML’s video production and film editing. Mr. Saad has been lauded for his ability to bring artistry to news photography. He holds a degree in Photography, Video and Computer Simulation from the prestigious Bezalel School of Art.



Ashraf K. Shannon (Gaza Correspondent) is a recognizable television journalist who has served as producer and lead anchor for Palestinian Television in the Gaza Strip for a decade. Fluent English, Arabic and Hebrew, Ashraf brings his multi-lingual experience to The Media Line's radio and television departments, providing unique and exclusive coverage for TML from the heart of the P.A..



Roman Lederer (Beirut Correspondent) studied journalism in Germany before beginning his career as a political analyst for German media. Based in Beirut, Roman covers political and economic events for European newspapers including Der Standard, Tagesspiegel, and Financial Times Deutschland.



Greer Fay Cashman (Host, The Round Table) is one of Israel’s most seasoned and recognizable journalists. Ms. Cashman hosts The Round Table where she conducts her interviews from that rare position where the interviewee knows full well that the interviewer herself is on par in terms of knowledge, experience and newsworthiness.



Micah Halpern (Host, A Safer World) is familiar to audiences across America from his numerous network-television appearances as a featured commentator on events in the Middle East. TML’s popular segment, A Safer World, looks at issues relating to the security of home and families in a post-9/11 environment.
